   - We do not offer refunds on products once they have been printed. 
   - If you wish to request a refund for a model sent to you already, you may receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price.

   - To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order number and details of your request.
